We had such a great experience here! A huge shoutout to Kylie and David. Kylie was amazing, she helped us pick out the perfect sofa fabric and colors and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. David was also super helpful and made everything so easy for us. We really appreciate all their support. Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy with all our Arhaus purchases. The service we received from Jackie Needles in Miramar Beach, FL & Rachel Hazelwood in Salem, NH was what we needed to see how everything would look in our space. Thanks to all who helped us achieve our dream in Iowa! Only wish shipping charges to our location were more reasonable.

My husband and I had the best experience at the Salem, NH location; Lou-Anne (she is a doll, so personable and honest.) From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, didn’t feel like a #! We had the pleasure of interacting with Suzanne and the manager David on several occasions too ! They are doing a great job at that location and have gained a lifetime customer in us! Thank you Lou-Anne and team! Oh btw the delivery team was also amazing too 🌺💜

I can't say enough great things about Arhaus in Salem. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly! They have a great selection of products in store, and they don't mind moving around furniture to help give a better idea of how something looks together! Leslie has been a huge blessing! She has been so helpful and patient! Furnishing an office is a lot of work! Suzanne has also been amazing with putting things into her design program! The store manager has also been amazing - he is always trying to offer assistance and give ideas! This has become our absolute favorite store to visit!

I recently decided to upgrade my home office and, after hearing great things about Arhaus, stopped into the Salem, NH store. I was greeted by Betsy, who was immediately warm, professional, and welcoming. I had only a general idea of what I was looking for—simply an “upgrade”—but Betsy quickly put me at ease and asked thoughtful questions about the space, how I planned to use it, and the styles and features I liked and didn’t like. It was clear that Betsy’s focus was on understanding my needs and finding the right solution rather than simply making a sale. Suzanne then added her considerable design expertise and brought the entire space to life with a detailed rendering of how it would look. From the ordering process through delivery, the entire experience was seamless and first-class. Betsy and Suzanne took a task I had been dreading and transformed it into an engaging and informative experience. They addressed my needs with professionalism, a great sense of humor, and exceptional product knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Betsy and the Salem store to anyone looking for outstanding service and quality furnishings.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with both Dehlia and Suzanne in the Salem NH location throughout the process. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create the perfect look and feel for our new home. What could have felt overwhelming became exciting and enjoyable because of their guidance and expertise. They took the time to understand our style, offer thoughtful recommendations, and help us design an entire room that truly feels like “us.” Their professionalism, creativity, and friendly approach made all the difference. We are beyond grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both exceptional service and design expertise! Once we made our final decisions Dave the manager was extremely helpful in making out financial decisions workable!!!!
